Epsom Salt Science Experiment-Saturated Solution

Hi guys! For this experiment, we let kosher and epsom salt evaporate and looked at the similarities and differences. Here are the results:

Epsom Salt: I noticed that the Epsom salt formed into big chunks.

Kosher Salt: I noticed that the crystal still formed in water.
