Speed vs. Accuracy

Today, we had a class math competition where you had to get into groups of 3 or 4. There were 10 questions and whichever team was the fastest in finishing them would win.

When finishing the activity, I thought that accuracy was more important. I thought this because one team finished slowly, but they got no penalties because they got every question right. The same thing would apply to other things.

For example, when you are playing soccer, it would not be good if you kept shooting very fast at the goal, but missed every shot. Unlike this, it would be better if you were slower but shot many goals because of your accuracy.

I think things that would make a good team would be to cooperate, to discuss the answers, and to listen to each other.
